Although we know you're eager to hold your wedding dress in your hands, each dress is handcrafted at our partner workshops in Vietnam with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring no rush. To ensure your dress arrives in pristine condition while keeping our prices accessible through standard shipping, it takes a little extra time to travel across the globe. We believe that true beauty is worth the wait, and we sincerely thank you for supporting our store.

1. Processing Time

All orders are prepared according to our standard size chart.
Each item is carefully handled, inspected, and packaged before shipment.

  • Processing time: approximately 5–7 business days
  • Processing begins after order confirmation and payment verification.
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after 2:30 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day

Total Delivery Time:

The estimated total delivery time is: 15–25 business days from order confirmation to delivery. 

This timeframe includes:

  • Order Processing Time: 5–7 business days
    (order verification, preparation, quality inspection, and packaging)
  • Transit Time: 10–18 business days
    (Shipping from Vietnam to the destination address)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier handling, customs processing, weather conditions, and peak shipping periods.

2. Shipping Costs & Methods

Orders are shipped from Vietnam using economy international tracked shipping, such as Vietnam Post ePacket or equivalent services.

Shipping fees are calculated as follows:

  • Orders under $200:
    A flat shipping fee of $12 applies.

  • Orders $200 and above:
    FREE shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

  • No Hidden Fees: All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the product price. We ensure that your order is delivered to your door with no additional charges required upon arrival.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment
  • Tracking progress depends on the carrier and destination country

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct address details
  • We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

5. Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal by the recipient

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any reshipment fees.

6. Shipping Delays & Handling

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • International carrier handling
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons
