Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Window
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within this 24-hour window to be eligible.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by:
- Emailing our customer support team at: support@giwynn.com with your order number, or
- Using the contact form on our website.
Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process it promptly.
3. After 24 Hours
- Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- Our dresses are often prepared, or processed shortly after ordering, especially for wedding, elegant, and event dresses.
- Once production or shipping preparation has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
4. Order Modification
- Order modifications (including size, color, design details, measurements, or shipping address) may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, modifications are limited and may not be possible.
- Our dresses are scheduled for production planning within 5–7 business days after purchase. Once an order has been submitted to our workshop, no further changes can be made.
- Shipping address changes may be accepted before shipment.
- Once an order has been shipped, shipping address changes are not supported. Any additional costs resulting from modifications or address changes will be the responsibility of the customer.
