Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 business days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligible Items for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories attached
- Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or odor
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized dresses
- Dresses that have been altered after delivery
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned without prior approval
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@giwynn.com within 14 business days of delivery.
- Details: Please include your Order Number, Reason for Return, and Clear Photos of the item's current condition.
- Approval: Once reviewed, we will provide you with the return instructions and the designated return address.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with our return address in the United States. After the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.
6. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to approval.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 business days from the delivery date and must meet all return conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
- Customers are responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
Please note: Since our garments are crafted in Vietnam, the exchange process may take as long as a new order. By choosing to exchange, you agree to this production timeline. We encourage you to review your order carefully to ensure the best experience for both parties.
- Exchanged items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or an alternative solution may be offered.
Custom-made or personalized dresses, altered items, and final sale items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a confirmed issue caused by the store.
7. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on PayPal and your financial institution.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Customers are required to provide clear photos and a short video for our team to review and verify the issue.
For confirmed cases caused by our store, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: We will send a replacement item at no additional cost. As replacement items are produced and shipped from Vietnam, please allow approximately 10–15 business days for delivery. We will prioritize your order and ship it as quickly as possible using expedited shipping when available.

Refund: In certain cases, if a replacement is not available or not feasible, we may offer a full or partial refund, depending on the situation and item condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Claims submitted after 72 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
