Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Refunds
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- If an order is canceled within this 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund, as production planning and scheduling begin shortly after the order is placed.
2. Refunds for Returned Items
- Refunds for returned items are subject to our Return Policy.
- Customers must submit a return request within 14 business days from the delivery date.
- Approved returns must meet all return conditions, including being unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the refund status.
3. Refund Processing
- Once a returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on PayPal or your bank’s processing time.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Custom-made or personalized dresses
- Items that have been altered after delivery
- Final sale items
- Items returned without prior approval
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
After verification, we may offer a replacement or a full/partial refund, depending on the situation.
